Short description:
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team in charge of regular maintenance at one of our major customers. You will organize the schedule of interventions, ensure the proper distribution of tasks and ensure the quality of services. As a real relay between your team and the customer, you will guarantee satisfaction and compliance with Activa standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaners.
- Plan interventions according to the client’s needs and priorities.
- Train, support and evaluate team members.
- Control the quality of the service and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Ensure communication between the client, the team and management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, environmental and equipment use rules.
- Very good mastery of professional cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of mechanized equipment (scrubber dryer, single-disc machine, etc.)
- Efficient organization of schedules and operational priorities
- Ability to perform quality controls and propose improvements
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety standards, internal protocols and environmental rules.
- Positive leadership and ability to coach a field team
- Ability to motivate, train and evaluate employees
- Conflict management and rapid decision-making in emergency situations
- Clear and professional communication with the teams and the customer

- B licence assessed according to travel
