Versatile Surface Technician
Short description:
You carry out cleaning services in different environments (offices, industrial areas, public spaces, food areas). You use professional equipment and strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards.
- Carry out the cleaning of the premises according to the defined procedures.
- Make optimal use of the machines and products provided.
- Respect hygiene protocols, especially in sensitive areas (food, medical, etc.).
- Report any anomaly or need for maintenance to the manager.
- Maintain a professional and cordial relationship with customers and users of the premises.
- Mastery of professional cleaning techniques (sweeping, washing, disinfection, dusting, etc.)
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their uses according to the surface
- Ability to use mechanized equipment (scrubber dryer, single-disc machine, professional vacuum cleaners, etc.)
- Strict compliance with hygiene and safety protocols, especially in sensitive areas (food, medical, industrial)
- Rigour, attention to detail and quality of work
- Discretion, punctuality and autonomy in the organization of tasks
- Ability to adapt to varied environments and flexible schedules
- Good relationship with customers and users of the premises
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Experience in professional cleaning (a strong asset)
- B licence assessed according to the trips to be made
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French
